Absentee In-Person:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, September 23 through November 2, 2024.
The County Circuit Clerk’s Office will be open for in-person absentee voting from 8:00 a.m. to noon on October 26, 2024, and November 2, 2024.
The deadline to vote in -person absentee will be November 2, 2024.
Who can vote ABSENTEE In-Person:
Any qualified elector who will be away from their county of residence or will be required to work during polling times on election day
Temporary or permanent disabled and/or their parent, spouse, or dependent who is hospitalized outside of county or home is greater than 50 miles
65 years or older
Mail-in Absentee:
Request application from Circuit Clerk’s Office
Receive and complete the application, have notarized, and send back to the Circuit Clerk
The Circuit Clerk sends the absentee ballot within one business day
In front of a witness, secretly mark ballot, place in envelope provided, have envelope notarized, and return to the Circuit Court’s Office
Must be postmarked on or before November 5, 2024
Who can vote Mail-in ABSENTEE:
Anyone residing temporarily outside of county; must be mailed to an address outside of the county.

65 years or older
Incarcerated who is not convicted of a disenfranchising crime
