Member Highlight: Janice Phillips

Janice Phillips dedicated an impressive 42 years and 9 months of service to the United States Postal Service in the Customer Service/Sales & Service department. Over the course of her career, she served 20 years as a passport processor and made history as the first Black female featured on the USPS Marketing Poster displayed in all Jackson, MS post offices. Janice was recognized for going 10 consecutive years without using a single sick day and was ranked #1 in breast cancer stamp sales on October 12, 2012. She also received a $500 award for Outstanding Customer Service in 1984, among many other achievements. We are proud to honor Janice Phillips for her inspiring commitment to excellence, professionalism, and service.
